Cheap Spacious room for rent in Boca Raton, FL

Im offering a room for rent. I'm leaving my room January 1st because I'm graduating. I've been here since my freshman year that's how much I've loved it here. The room is $799 and is only 5 minutes away from FAU and close to Lynn University. It's a 2 bedroom apartment. It's pet friendly so dogs and cats are allowed. The exact location is on NE 20th street and North Dixie. Publix is less than a mile away. It's in a good location. There's even transportation for college students to all three universities. Plus a bus that will take you around the city. You have your own lease therefore you don't need to worry about the other person leaving. The lease is good up to 6 months then you can renew or decide to leave. All you need to move in is $799. No security deposit. The great thing about the rent is that's it's prorated. The original cost was $925, but it's been cut down. If you have a car you have your own parking spot coordinated with the room. The room is spacious with its own closet and already furnished. All you need are your sheets and a TV if you want. The living room and kitchen is furnished. It's pet friendly. Dogs and cats are allowed. Very clean and renovated apartment. Water and electricity is included in the rent. Washer and dryer is included in the rent as well. It's next door to my room. There's a pool and volleyball court. A gym is also on site.
